Steve shares his reflection that the report – which provides an evidence-based analysis of how well education appears to be recovering from the pandemic – give reasons for optimism as well as highlighting matters of concern, and suggests the ongoing impact of COVID-19 need not be a call for pessimism and instead a call for action.
