Early Career Teachers are assessed against the Teachers’ Standards. There are eight Teachers’ Standards that focus on different elements of pedagogy and teaching practice. Our bite-sized resources aim to help Early Career Teachers and their mentors to develop and evidence the knowledge and practice to meet the Teachers’ Standards, helping them understand what is needed for their assessment.
